After several years of looking, we finally ran across the right opportunity to own a lake house! Our Lake Home is located on the Pigeon Roost Creek section of Lewis Smith Lake. Convenient to Ryan Creek Marina and I-65. We are incredibly fortunate to have a great rolling lot, with 180 feet of water front with deep water year round and a wonderful view of the lake from deck and patio. The property has a Has a terrific boat dock, with a swim platform and a second story perfect for sunbathing, picknicks, or just hanging out! This beautiful and spacious home has so much to offer everyone. The main level has a large kitchen with a breakfast bar and an area for large table and chairs. Screened porch just off kitchen. Full bath, 2 bedrooms and a room for tv, reading, etc. Downstairs is another bath with washer and dryer, 2 bedrooms, sunroom, seating area, bonus room for office or study, and a large great room with fireplace, floor to ceiling windows for a fantastic view, and door that opens onto the deck facing lake.
